do you accept returns or offer refunds?
At this time, Black Sheep is unable to process any refunds or returns. If you’ve received a late or damaged package from us, though, reach out via our contact page and we’ll make it right!
how long will it take for my order to ship?
We process all orders within 3 business days and ship using USPS Priority Mail which takes anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on where you live.
How will my order be shipped?
Great question! We ship using the USPS. Your cards will be packaged to avoid bending so that they arrive in one (straight) piece. Sometimes, though, accidents happen. If you’ve received a late or damaged package from us, head on over to our contact page, send us a message, and we’ll make sure it all gets worked out.
Do you offer custom designs?
We do!! Get in touch with us via our contact page if you’d like to commission a custom design from us.
Do you print locally?
Ummmm, love this question! Yes, we do! We work with a printer out of Hayden, Idaho and also frequently partner with local screen printing shops for apparel and one-of-a-kind prints.
what comes with my order?
When you order a greeting card from us your order will come sealed in a cellophane wrap (to keep it clean, yo’) along with an appropriately sized envelope AND (bonus) a USPS forever stamp to save you one thing off of your to-do list.
